Description:
Founded in 1979, MOCA is the only museum in Los Angeles devoted exclusively to contemporary art. The museum is housed in 3 unique facilities: MOCA at California Plaza, at The Geffen Contemporary and at the Pacific Design Center. Designed by Frank Gehry in a refurbished police garage, MOCA at The Geffen Contemporary houses contemporary expressions of art (work produced since 1940) including prints, sculpture, films, videos and other media. Dreyfuss completed tenant improvements including a new entry kiosk.

Description:
New tennis facility includes 4 new courts and a new tennis pavilion with 2 levels of bleacher seating and viewing stands. A 2,000 SF solar PV array covers nearly 85% of the building's roof and provides enough power to meet the facilities' needs at peak hours with excess power being sold back to the utility company at off-peak times.
