Description:
Renovation of 100 units of affordable and senior housing in 28 buildings. An on-site computer learning center was remodeled and enlarged to include a fully furnished recreation room, commercial kitchen, laundry and restroom facilities. HVAC units, windows and finishes were upgraded. Brightly colored new play equipment, interspersed bench seating and BBQ areas create a community focal point.

Description:
The 4-level, 30-unit affordable apartment development for homeless individuals suffering from chronic mental illness features 10 units per floor with community lounge and laundry areas in 3 stories over 1 level of on grade podium deck parking for 16 cars. Each unit includes private bathroom, shower and kitchenette. Services provided to residents include mental health car, life skills, job training programs and advocacy/education.

Description:
Casa Alegre provides 23 units of affordable housing in 3 stories. The 22 single and 1, 2-bedroom apartments feature large kitchens; common amenities include a community room, laundry and a service coordinator's office.

Laguna Senior Apartments blends affordability in 64 units designed for active residents with special medical needs, focusing mainly on people with HIV and AIDS; 23 units will be handicapped accessible. The building includes a recreation area, media room, computer center and landscaped courtyards, both private and common.

Dreyfuss completed the first phase of Las Brisas in 2004. With the construction of Las Brisas II, we will have built 7 projects for long time client, Los Angeles Community Design Center. This second phase features 60, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom affordable Type V units with 71 surface parking spaces.
