CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR
As the Construction Manager (CM), Dreyfuss contracts with the owner to manage and oversee the planning, design and construction process. We serve as an extension of the owner or developer by proactively representing their interests throughout the duration of the project.
Services include contract document review, coordination of bid packages and trades, scheduling coordination, quality control and recommendations for
alternative designs and/or materials and systems. Dreyfuss holds no sub or prime contracts and manages either a General Contractor or multiple prime contractors.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
In this traditional delivery method, Dreyfuss provides preconstruction and construction services in accordance with project plans and specifications. All subcontracts are held by Dreyfuss. Working in partnership with owners, architects, subcontractors and other team members, we provide responsive leadership and consistency of management throughout the project's duration.
